"Its a shame the way this important department is being handled. You folks need to understand how many people are dependent on this critical service of passport. I have no clue about your expectations. Do we need to drive down to touch your feet or something else. Please mention on website. How hard is to reply back to support tickets. Looks like you got really good excuse of COVID to not to work. The phone lines are not working. The word professionalism is missing. We grew up dealing with such offices back in our own country and now getting the same treatment here. Trend is going to continue generations after generations. Whole process itself is old-school where there is no online doc validation. You submit the doc after following confusing steps, you print that document, you take those document to notarize where people will be reluctant to notarize as they dont know what this is about, then you send it to CKGS and pray all is well. What century are we in. Raise your bar guys. Make India great at least now."

"I recently had a family emergency in India and had to go to the CKGS at Houston to get Emergency Visas approved for me and family. I had a very good experience at the CKGS office. The entire team was very helpful. It was Ms. Tanvi who helped us on our case and she was fabulous. I noticed that there was a great team work going on and everything was being handled very efficiently. There were other folks who were there for Emergency Visas and did not have the required documents. However the team members from CKGS working with them were very patient and polite. Keep up the good work team. Good work never goes unnoticed!"

"They close 2 pm I got in office 1.58 pm print token and they don't want to take my application cause I have three applications. They don't respect you have a job you can't get day off other day. What a worse customer service in Usa. Can't believe. Some one was laughing and saying oh it's your third attempt. Wow. Nice gentleman named Gus. told me to come after 4 pm for review my documents and ask me to come next day for submissions. But got threatened cause I post reviews on google he can not take me walk in next morning and ask me to make appointmentt and come on that day. Just because I did google review. Finally done with my app. Mr. Mathew Dennis was good help. Thx I had to improve my rating cause for collecting oci came again and girl name "icora"helped a lot to locate mine and my family oci apps and docs. That was without appointment."

"I applied for a visitor's visa last week. The management and staff at CKGS provided excellent service and support. They are very helpful in ensuring that the application is accurate and complete, and their follow up and communications are prompt. Great job by the CKGS team, keep up the good work! Agree with a previous comment by another client regarding requirement to return to the CKGS website within 90 minutes after filling the application on the government website. It will be very helpful if you can change that requirement to let's say 24 hours."

"I sent my packet via FedEx from Colorado on 8/11 and had my passport back on 8/19. I realized a day after sending it that I had made a minor error on the application by omitting my middle name in the given name section. I called CKGS immediately and was able to speak to a customer service representative within minutes. I explained my situation, and he assured me that everything would likely be okay. Sure enough, I received my Visa page back with my complete name. I am grateful for their efficient and effective processing as I will be traveling to India in several weeks. On a separate note, I have read many comments regarding difficulties in completing the online forms. There are many helpful sites that have sample completed forms with very specific instructions. I consider myself to be fairly tech savvy, so I just completed it on my own without a guide to reference. My advice is to double check everything once printing the document checklist for completion. It is self-explanatory and intuitive."
