She speaks English & Polish which was helpful, too. Overall I had a very good experience here, and would recommend this consulate."

"A big blond woman was extremely rude and cold to me. She didn’t even bother hearing me out entirely, told me to go elsewhere. She clearly doesn’t know how visa applications work or the order of the process. Please hire workers who are knowledgeable and communicative. I do not recommend anyone go here. You are genuinely better off using google to find information."
