"We used Smart Fares to book flights from Calgary to Vietnam. To begin, because of the fare that was used to book these flights, we were unable to reserve seats. Then, we received no notifications of flight changes which nearly caused us to lose all three flights. When i contacted the Service Team, I was assured I would be contacted and receive an updated tickets. No contact was received. Never again!"

"NEVER NEVER NEVER use this site! They just scammed me soooo bad! They don’t tell you that when you buy a flight you have to wait for I don’t know how many days until you get a confirmation, if you didn’t get a confirmation your flight can get canceled or overpriced! If you ask for a refund they keep 80% of your money. Please don’t get scammed!"

"I was going to put a bad review, but reading what others have written here I think is more than enough to explain what kind of agency you will be dealing with. SCAM is to good of a word to describe them. They deserve to be shut down."

"I bought two flight tickets from this scam company (Wizzair flight Rome-Budapest), and it remained on pending status for two days. They took the money and left me in the dark even though I wanted to be sure that the purchase was made to book a hotel. After two days of sending emails to their support (surprise! no response), now through their web chat, they told me the flight is sold out (which is not!), and the reservation is canceled! Wasting my time was one part, but I had to buy the tickets at a higher price. They did not even bother to inform me about my reservation cancellation! I got an email from them in which it was written that an email with details about my flight would arrive! The funny part is the tickets were still available on the Wizzair website after three days. Absolut scam, rude and irresponsible towards their client."
