"Submitted my Visa application 2 weeks ago. Online status shows New and have called them over 20 times waiting on hold for 10 minutes each then after 10 minutes the call hangs up. I have sent multiple requests for assistance via e-mail with no response. OMG they finally answered the phone! Warren was nice and courteous. He got my order number and said let me put you on hold while I look into this. 45 minutes later I have to hang up. I get no callback. I'm going to have to fly to houston to go find my passport on Monday and submit my info at the embassy myself."
