"Terrible attitude from this lady (on the invoice it says Marquita). The other cashiers were busy and she was talking to another colleague, I ask her if she can charge me and she ignores me, I ask her again and without being friendly at all, perhaps annoyed because I interrupted her conversation, she tells me cash or card; without any smile or kindness. Then she puts the wine and the bill in the bag and without saying thank you or any courtesy, she turns around, turned her back on me and continues talking. I had a very bad time that minute. I will not return to Spec's. Thank you"

"3.7 wasn't terribly bad. The first person to greet me was very upbeat and helpful. When I had a question I couldn't find him and the associates up front told me they didn't know anything about wine. They also didn't have another item I was looking for...it happens. Although not a bad experience I may tend to go to another location."
