"It was fast and efficient. The only complaint I have is that one of the employees helping with biometrics was extremely rude. She yelled at someone that only one person could come into the biometrics area at a time. That is understandable, but she did not have to have a sassy tone and abuse her power. When the person asked to sit down next to the biometric booth, she immediately yelled back, saying, "NO, OVER THERE!" She is just rude overall, and hopefully, it's dealt with by the management. I don't think it's her first time doing this based on the other comments."

"10/ 06/ 2023 Poor service from the employees, particularly the lady at the front desk i found her super professional rude, who abused her position. I had biometric appointments for my two-year-old child. As soon as we entered the office, my child innocently walked in. The lady at the front desk shouted at him, which was both unwarranted and alarming. I explained that he's just a two-year-old and that we were there for his appointment. She continued to yell and even threatened to reschedule other appointments to accommodate us, going so far as to threaten to remove my child from the office. It was raining outside, and my child was scared due to her behavior. I asked to speak to the manager, only to be informed that she was the manager, which was quite surprising. I strongly advise that if you have appointments for your children, consider bringing someone with you or documenting the situation, as it was quite unsettling. I hope the branch's management addresses this issue promptly and hires a professional with better administrative and interpersonal skills.""

"The staff here are a lot better compared to when I had my biometrics 5 years ago. They are much nicer now and very helpful. Just like the other reviewers mentioned, it just took us approximately 15 minutes to have all our biometrics done. I hope the rude personnel would not ever come back to this center. Kudos to y'all!"
