"This place is horrible. I constantly felt like I was an imposition or a burden as a patient. The front desk staff are rude. I asked a simple question on if I needed an appointment for a vaccination and got a rude snappy answer. I was told they don’t do any vaccinations but a get your flu vaccination sign was literally 2 ft from my face…..Sorry I asked a common question for a doctors office? The wait is always extremely long (and that isn’t even including the time you are in a exam room waiting). Your appt is typically short and rushed. Today I waited an hour today to just get a 15 second long tb test reading. I gave this place so many chances because some of the doctors/aprns are great, but today was my last. I do not recommend going here."

"I have been going there for years. Dr Nelson is caring and will listen until you understand what is going on. Emily is great too she does not take a risk when it comes to her patients. I went to a surgeon in Nashville she messed up in surgery and my life turned upside down. Emily took very good care of me when I came home and has been great helping me understand what happened and helped me get to another surgeon at U of L to try and reverse what the other doctor did. I know some people don’t like them by what I read. Everybody has a right to voice their opinion, but for me Dr Nelson is a caring Christian doctor and Emily is right there too and I have found my forever doctors at TLC."

"My husband and I have been seeing Dr Nelson for years and we just love her! She takes the time to actually listen. She's knowledgeable and thorough. You won't find a better doctor in Paducah."

"I would absolutely under no circumstances visit a doctor here which is a shame as SOME of the doctors are very good. My husband and I used to go to one of the doctors here and were very happy. In recent years however, we have experienced waits of over an hour for an appointment. My last yearly exam, I waited over an hour and then timed the doctor when she was in the office. She spent approx 4 minutes with me covering the questions on her checklist and then left. More recently, my parent has been having issues with insurance. The office staff failed to properly respond to the insurance in a timely manner. When speaking with the office manager, Pam, she was very rude and condescending. She stated that patients in the office come first and gave the general impression that my mothers suffering was not of importance to them. She has since called both my mother and I and displayed very rude and condescending behavior. She lacks empathy and due to her behavior and her general lack of care, I would never recommending visiting this location. If your office staff can't handle the patient load, you need more, or different office staff. If Drs arent being made aware of ongoing patient suffering, this is not the place to go. 0 out of 10 would never recommend going here."
