"Literally took an hour and a half to be seen and was the first one in there. Dr literally asked me what I wanted her to do for me being sick. How about your job? Then walked out without saying a word and didn’t know if she was done or not. If I could put zero stars I would!!"
"I'm here a convenient care now. I've been in the waiting room for an hour. There was 3 people here before me and my son. Well not even 10 minutes later another woman comes in . Why they called her back knowing my son and I been here. Yes my son and I are the only African Americans in here. I feel like we're being discriminated. It's disgusting and racism well never change."
"*Edit several days later - was told lab work results came back normal. Took her to her primary care physician & the same tests were read - she was so dehydrated that it was LITERALLY off of the chart. There is a pretty significant difference between 'normal' and 'off the chart'. I would give .5 if I could, only bc the staff was nice. I don't know who read the tests. Did we have to wait a while? Yes. I believe most know this. The staff was extremely friendly to my daughter & made her feel comfortable. I felt bad for the front receptionist that was being trained & was being treated horribly by people coming in."
"I arrived not knowing that the clinic closed for lunch. Not a big deal at all. The nursing staff and the ARNP that took care of me and my broken leg was nothing short of amazing! It was easy to see their compassion and their love of what they do. I will go back again if needed."
"Horrible, horrible staff! Called them and they said my daughter would be seen if we came before 1130. Get there 10 min later, receptionist said no you have to come back after 1 because we take lunch at 12! Get back and sit and wait for 45 mins. Then they tell me to take my daughter outside and wait bc of OSHA! They will call me when they are available. There was noone else in the clinic. Tru tv playing in the waiting room with cursing as well."
