"This company does not stand behind its work or products. We used this company to redo our cabinets. Spent THOUSANDS. The cabinet frames and doors began peeling within the first year. I tried for nearly a year to get the company to come back and address the issue. They made promises to come back, but never did. I was told they were busy, short staffed. I was put on the back burner over and over until I finally gave up. If you could see my cabinets today, you would feel sorry for me. It was a major investment, major waste."

"This was the absolute worst experience you could have imagined. First, they require 50% up front, so their margin is covered before they even schedule the work. They tell you it will be 3 months before they can get materials and start the work, but never do they call to schedule the work within the 3 months. You have to contact them and pry a start date out of them. Communication was basically non-existent. Then they miss the start date and move it out due to another job taking longer than anticipated. Of course, you are obligated to pay 40% before they start the work. The planning was poor, the workmanship was poor, and only one installer was used for the entire job. The job took longer due to poor planning and errors in how the drawers were refurbished. Ultimately, we had to finish the installation of the draw fronts and hardware ourselves. Don't bother contacting them as there are much better alternatives such as RTA cabinets."

"There is a reason they get all their money up front! By the time you realize what a ripoff you've got into, it's too late to back out. What should have taken a week or 2, dragged out for 8 months! The owner, Greg, talks a great game and will promise a top quality job, but when the installer showed up, we quickly realized what a low budget, fly by night operation Cabinetpac of Louisville is. The first day of the install we eagerly watched the driveway for a van or truck to pull in at the agreed upon time. Instead, hours later, a beat up old Hyundai pulled up with tools in the back seat. Tony had to borrow tools from me to complete his work, (because a table saw won't fit in a Hyundai). Although Greg told me that my cabinet faces would be filled and sanded, Tony proceeded to simply wipe them with paint thinner and apply the peel and stick material. After complaining about Tony's "issues", they sent Bobby, whom, Greg assured us, would give us a top notch job. Anyone who has ever used contact cement knows that it is applied to both surfaces, allowed to dry, and then put together. I guess Bobby couldn't read the can... he sprayed the back of the Norlam and slapped it up wet. When i expressed my concerns his challenging reply was, "Pull it off!". I slept on it, and the next morning, i did pull it off. Using only my hands, I easily peeled off all of the material he had put on incorrectly. He refused to come back because i "destroyed his work". Good riddance! There were weeks and weeks of delays due to them showing up with damaged or incorrect doors and laminates. Even though I asked for them to inspect the replacement materials when received, they still showed up with obviously damaged materials. A large rectangle was burned into our front lawn where Bobby laid out a sheet of material to "relax"and forgot it. (It also ruined the material.) I had to constantly enforce the standards i was promised, inspect material quality and prevent shortcuts."

"I went to this store over a year ago and spoke with them about getting a replacement cabinet door. I realize this is a smaller project that what they usually do, but I was assured that they could take care of this for me. I was told to send a message with exact measurements to them, which I did. After not hearing back, I called back and was told they did not remember me and to resend the information. I resent the info and never heard from them again."

"I'm redoing my kitchen and wanted to see what they had here. I asked if they had stone countertops and he said no, and that if I go with stone then I'm going to date my kitchen, that all the trend magazines say granite is "out." I asked what they said was replacing granite and he pointed to the laminate and solid surface counters in his showroom and said "these." Excuse me? Laminated countertops are now considered more in-fashion than granite? The kicker is that all the laminates and solid surfaces I saw in his showroom were faux stone. I walked out."
