It was easy to get a prompt appointment. I had an overall good experience and first impression. All of the staff was very nice . Thanks!"

"The actual name of the clinic, I believe, is "Tri-Rivers Health Care." Everyone there has treated me nothing less than respectfully, kindly, dignifiedly, and professionally. On Thursdays, Kara Phillips is on-duty, either as an 'A.R.N.P.', or 'A.P.R.N.' (I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with terminological difference between the two! Is there anyone who'd like to explain this to me, in layman's terms?! ) She's a gem; someone who truly seems to be caring and intelligent in her career as a nurse practitioner. She always seems spritely and spirited; naturally, this rubs off onto you, so it makes you feel happy, and it puts you at ease in what can be a nerve-wracking situation. She takes her time with you and your particular needs. I'm very pleased with the procedures, examinations, medications, etc., I've received here... all provided by hard-working, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. We ALL should be appreciative of each and every person working in the field of medicine: they risk their lives daily, just to ensure that the rest of us survive this awful Covid-19 pandemic. Tri-Rivers Health Care has a second location in Salem, KY. The Salem facility is right beside Livingston County Hospital, so that's an exceptional spot for easily accessible care. Both offices have pharmacies in their respective buildings, which is another added convenience. I've NOT had the opportunity to meet every employee, nurse, or Dr. working in these two fine places, but the people that I HAVE been in contact with were all outstanding at their jobs. Long story short: a good place to get a checkup, or to find yourself a smart, attentive doctor or nurse!"
