"Rude folks work here. Just asked a guy stocking of they had the bigger bottle of what I was looking for and he said what do you mean? All so rude like he was bothered by me. Asked of they had the liquor in glass rather than the plastic bottle and he is like alcohol is alcohol. I walked out. I'll drive 20 miles to goody goody where I'm helped and respecred and where I'll drop $500 easy."

"Specs is located in Grand Prairie, TX, on the verge of Arlington but near Mansfield, serving the local community a wide variety of assorted beer, wine, liquor, and cigars I came through on a friday afternoon and pulled into the packed parking lot but managed to find a space in their ample parking trying to beat the weekend rush. As soon as I walked in, I literally felt like a kid in a toy or candy store! There were so many alcoholic adult beverages to choose from, and the aisles were all labeled according to the type. For starters, there was an abundance of beer to choose from inside of the refridgerators or on the shelf. They had your typical domestic beers as well as local craft beers and also had beer from the breweries in San Diego, CA, and other popular beers from the area. There were so many options to choose from when selecting a drink, and everything was nicely arranged in a fashionable order. They also had mixers for your drinks and fruit juice, such as mango, orange, and cranberry juice. There was candy on display as well as soft drinks and snacks. The ambiance of the store was very modern and clean with bright lights. The customer service was average, and I'm confident enough they can definitely improve at the service counter since the cashiers were not very friendly and welcoming. Overall, this store is a must-see when buying alcoholic beverages. They are open Monday - Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm and closed on Sundays. They even give you cool sleeves to put around your glass bottles to prevent from cracking when traveling home or to your final destination."

"Just experienced the WORST customer service at this location from Kamri. My husband and I stopped by on the way home after closing up our own business for the day. Employees that were throughout the store were very helpful and friendly. Even suggesting different product that they thought we would love. Great experience UNTIL we walked up to the checkout and encountered Kamri. She didn’t say “Hello” or “Hi”, she said in an irritated manner “Are you paying with cash, debit or credit?” My husband politely responded with debit. I then asked her if she needed to scan the key club number. She didn’t respond to my question and just started scanning the bottles that we were putting on the counter. I then placed my phone on the counter and asked if she scans it at the end. She didn’t verbally respond but she gave me a dirtiest look and shook her head yes. I said “okay”. After scanning all of our items she shouted out our total and just stood there waiting for payment. I again asked if she was going to scan the card. She rolled her eyes and picked up the scanner and scanned the card. She then gave a new total. I was so offended by her treatment that I walked over to another employee and asked for her name. During that time my husband paid with his debit card but it didn’t go through as he used the tap function. Kamri rolled her eyes at my husband and rudely said “when you use a debit card you have to insert the card”. Sorry Kamri, that information is not posted anywhere for people that don’t work there to know. As we walked out the door the employee that gave me her name walked out as well and told us to have a great evening. I said thank you but told him that she was so rude and horrible to us. He said “oh yes we know! You are not the only ones to complain about her.” Owning my own business I know the importance of great customer service and wouldn’t ever tolerate my employee treating a customer in that manner. This is an unacceptable behavior for any customer to be treated at any place of business. Please take action to correct her behavior or make sure she doesn’t have face to face contact with customers-she would be better off stocking shelves and a better experience for you customers as well."

"Recently opened. Very nice clean store and some good deals depending on what your shopping for. Excellent selection , large variety. And a humidor too with some good cigar prices too. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking too.. back again and still consistent. More friendly service and good prices to go with huge variety"
