"If I could if this place 0 stars I would!!! Staff is rude as can be. The doctor ask if I took DAILY medications I told her no. I had a script I got from my dentist over a month ago that was for pain and take AS NEEDED. NOT DAILY They said I failed for a drug test For 3 different things, which could not be true I have never done drugs ever in my life!! They refused to tell me what I failed for and told me to never call them again and hung up on me. This place is horrible. GO SOME WHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE!!!"
