"My child absolutely loves coming here and it's so refreshing to see how much my child has progressed and learned under the guidance of LHCDC's staff and ownership. I can see a huge improvement in my child's social skills and verbal communication. Staff is great in keeping constant communication with parents concerning their children and always give notices of certain events or policy changes ahead of time. I highly recommend this place!"

"This is one of the best learning center in Laredo. My children truly love coming to this facility. The teachers are awesome and truly love both my son and daughter. My kids wake up in the morning excited to attend and are always talking about how amazing Teacher Mikki and Issa are. They are like a part of our family. One plus is the staff is great with communicating. I've never had a single issue with this learning center in the 2 years my kids have attended.❤️❤️❤️"

"My son LOVES it here at Little Hearts! Within the first week, he adjusted very well. The owner as well as the staff go above and beyond for the students. We couldn’t have chosen a better learning center for my son! We love the owner and staff!! 10/10 definitely recommend"

"This daycare is nice looking, but would not recommend. They charge “maintenance fees” like three times a year. The owner is really rude. She has favoritism I guess. When I would pick up my child, she wouldn’t even say good afternoon even if I said it. She would just turn away and talk to another parent with a huge smile and call that persons child even though she saw I was there first. She wouldn’t even go for my kid. One time I also heard a “teacher” scream badly at a child. I understand it isn’t an easy job working with lots of children, but if you don’t like it, switch jobs. No need to scream at a child like that. In the tour they are so nice and make it seem like they will treat your child like gold but in reality they don’t. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this daycare. The owner needs to be more polite because it’s a local business and how sad that she has that attitude towards some parents. I will never recommend this daycare to any of my family and friends so parents save your time and your money."

"My daughter has been getting severely sick since she started attending this place. This daycare allows sick children to attend. They know the children are sick because they administer medication. They don’t quarantine the sick child and allow the rest of the children to interact with the sick child. The daycare’s poor judgment has affected not only my daughter’s health, but it has impacted my job security, my paycheck, and my health. The daycare has been made aware of my situation but they continue to accept sick children. I strongly suggest to contact State and verify the multiple infractions this daycare has had. I know of one but there might be more. I do not recommend this place at all!!"
