I found her at Etown Chiropractic, in Elizabethtown, KY, while looking for someone who worked with red light therapy. She is a wonderful conversationalist and highly studied in Human Energy Fields (HEF). Julie also has an extensive understanding of the physics of muscle/bone interaction. I was introduced to passive traction with the Posture Pump, and she suggested a specific red-light belt, for my specific situation, always stressing the importance of stretching.
