"If there is a BETTER VA facility in the country Ide have to see it!! Im blown away by the speed and thoroughness at the New Albany IN VA. Check in is extremely easy with smiling faces. Every visit Ive ever had there Ide no sooner checked in, made a quick restroom visit and my name is being called. "The VA in this area is a joke but the New Albany clinic takes the cake. Instead of listening to a patient and trying to give care that could actually help they ignore you. They just don't care."
"Good luck getting prescriptions on time. Order them as soon as you get the first ones and you MIGHT get them before you run out(if you order an emergency 1 week supply make sure they mark it back to the full supply on the next order). Withdrawals from SSRIs suck."
"I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The bottom line is, they genuinely care about their patients. Your health is up to you to manage, so speak up and they'll help you be healthy. They aren't fortune tellers, so don't get made about something they didn't see within your 30 minute visit. Be aggressive and they'll help you be healthy."
"If i could give zero stars i would. Litterally walked in their told them about my back pain and it was bad. Im guessing there is only one doctor that works here (i had a female doctor). right off the bat she said i need physical therapy and that would be it. No matter how much i told her how bad this is, that was the response. After a heated argument i finaly got her to at least give a order for a full back MRI (she wasnt happy about it). Turns out my spine is literally twisted and my thyroid wasn't working. I got fed up and left. I still get emails stating i missed my psychological pain appointments (that i never agreed to go to). The VA i go to now is awesome and so many people fly into this va to get treated. ITs in PA, if your a vet and need real treatment, You put your life, in your own hands, not theirs. if you just got mild issues, don't need anything more than aspirin, go for it."
