"I’ve been seeing Amanda Fox for at least the last 8 years, I drive over an hour each way to see her. I’ve never had any issues getting appointments, getting call backs and questions answered via the patient portal. Dr Foxx has been amazing for me, she listens and provides great feedback but doesn’t sugar coat anything. She even randomly messaged me to check up on me about an injury I had that she referred me to a specialist for (never had a dr check up on me like that)"

"Sadly this is not a doctor's office anymore but more a factory at this point. They schedule more patients than they can handle. Be prepared to be left in a room for over an hour after arriving for your appointment in time without seeing any medical staff. And that has happened every time we went there in the past 18 months. The walk in clinic is no more and appointments are months out. It seems they are mainly interested in maximizing profits while your Healthcare takes a hike. It used to be a great doctor's office for you and your family but they lost focus on what that should look like. If you need to schedule getting your vaccines this may work for you. Staff will hand up on you if you call too close to closing time or lunch time. I would recommend looking for a different provider."

"If you are looking for reliable and organized care, look elsewhere. This office as a whole is careless and the epitome of a monetized health system. The office staff have no clue what is going on with anything and my physician (Dr. Foxx) couldn’t care less about anything no matter how big or small and has the personality of a potato. I have been going for several years and finally decided I had enough. If you don’t ask for anything outside of your normal annual 3-5 minute visit you should be able to manage. If you need someone to follow up on anything or review regular bloodwork, investigate any abnormalities, or care about anything, you would probably have better luck at your local UTC. Make sure they can have free rein on charging your insurance excessively and heard you like cattle. This office has changed drastically and continues to accept new patients and can’t even manage the ones they have. Save yourself the trouble."

"This was my second appointment with my provider. She always addresses all of my concerns. The front office staff is great and try to get me in to see the provider as soon as possible. I never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time when in the office."

"Excellent doctors, but this practice has a policy in place that you cannot have lab work done until after your appointment. This policy prevents the patient from reviewing personally with the doctor their lab results. It leads to lack of communication, interferes with the doctor patient relationship, and can result in medication changes without the patient being given a thorough explanation why the change was necessary. (Happened to me twice.) Because this policy puts the patient’s best interests last and behind those of the business I will not recommend this business to anyone. However, if you just need medical attention and no lab work is involved, every doctor I’ve seen with Family Associates is an excellent physician. I feel this policy regarding lab work is beyond the doctor’s control."
