"When I first moved to Kentucky, which was back in 2021, my (now) husband recommended me to see his primary doctor who is actually an RN. In the beginning, everything was going smoothly and very nice. Until last year, I was having hip problems. They had me get an MRI done in October, two days after my husband and I got married. Well, that day didn't go well. The machine wasn't working, so I went back the following week. As soon as the RN had gotten my MRI results, she refused to give me my results until my husband and I had gotten our blood work done first. It was very difficult for us to get it done because of his work schedule. The RN's office is open from Monday - Wednesday and Friday. The person who does the blood work in the office is there on Mondays and Fridays. I don't drive. After we had FINALLY had gotten our blood work done, my husband was trying to make an appointment for next Tuesday and he was told next Tuesday is booked, he would have to make an appointment in advance! Since when? We are taking our business elsewhere! One more thing, while trying to call the office, no one would answer the phone!"

"I came to this office looking for a second opinion and needing help finding a solution with issues I was increasing experiencing. After looking over the bad reviews left on here, I wish I would of reconsidered them. The Dr/nurse herself is very nice and a wonderful medical professional, the receptionist out front is the complete opposite. I told myself when scheduling an appointment, as long as the Dr was nice and listened I could handle all the rest that came along with it but that was very wrong. The 1st visit was nice, everything went well. The second visit I went in for my results, the front staff wasn't as friendly that time but I ignored it, everyone has bad days. After a couple weeks I started having issues with medication I was recommended to take. I called twice left messages, never heard anything, after calling the third time I was told they would ask the DR what to do and call me back. When they called back, they said the dr had recommended me to see another Dr for more answers. When I asked for my medical records that were preformed there, the receptionist stated I could come by there to pick them up. I asked nicely if they could send them to me, she then proceeded to sigh and say they would not be to the post office for another week. Then I asked if I could stop and get them that afternoon if I took off work early to get there by the time they closed to pick them up. She then went ahead to tell me she had other patients to wait on and did not have the time to gather my paperwork together with an attitude. Needless to say, I took the time to write this experience out in detail to save someone else the time and money that I wish I could had. And yes, apparently it doesn't matter how good or nice the Doctor actually is, the staff and receptionist make the whole experience negative. Hopefully you will be able to find better staff for your practice."

"This facility is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! If I could give a 100 star rating I would. The staff is super friendly and kind. Jessi is the best doctor I have ever encountered. She listens to you and goes above and beyond to help you out. No other doctor has been able to determine what is wrong with me but Jessi did. The treatment she put me on has made me feel like a new person. I speak highly of this facility and will STRONGLY recommend everyone who wants a great loving and caring doctor to come here. It's the best place in the world!!!!!!!!!"

"Wonderful, friendly staff! Ms. Jessie is the kindest medical professional I have ever encountered. She listens, and genuinely cares about your health. I went today for a sick visit, and she went above and beyond to ensure I would have what I needed to get better, to the point of giving me her cell phone number in case I felt worst over the weekend! No other doctor I have ever seen has ever done that! I'm switching my son to her as his primary immediately!"
