"If you call their telephone number listed here, be aware that you are dealing with a telephone service unrelated to the actual doctor's office. They DO NOT KNOW what they are doing and will give you incorrect information if they can give you any info at all. I am guessing their preferred method of avoiding looking silly is to put you on hold and hang up on you. I'm at about 60% calls being hung up on at their end. The actual doctors here may be the best ever. But good luck getting past their inept phone service. I can't. Edit: The actual doctor may indeed be the worst. So far, we have had the Dr schedule two appointments and then cancel them. All the while, strongly informing me that if I were to see another doctor, this facility cannot take me as a patient. At this point, I'm more "Thanks for the suggestion" than "Oh No!""

"The staff once your past the front desk is amazing unfortunately there have been a few issues with the front desk and they are making decisions for the back of house staff with out asking them that has me not returning - They seem to want to call the shots and won’t transfer you to who you are asking for even when you are returning someone else’s call . Twice I have been given miss information from the front desk staff I’ve talked to the office manager who said she agreed and would talk to the staff about asking more questions before just tell a patient no . Well today it happened again I was told I couldn’t make an appointment by this certain staff member with asking me anything- Just told me NO you need to go to the ER - Again didn’t ask me why I wanted the appointment nor let me explain my issues and reasoning for making an appointment my health is just as important as anyone else calling in and this gal decided it was better for me to spend $200 at the ER rather then making me an appointment"

"This location is next door to Veterans’ Park. There are two very capable female physicians, a male physician, and I believe a PA as well as support staff. There is a lab. It’s rarely crowded. I used to go there and had no major issues. Our insurance no longer is accepted by Lexington Clinic. The parking is exceptionally easy."
