"The ladies at the counter and that give the swabs were absolute angels and they’re the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. Upon being taken to the back and having my vitals taken (also in a timely manner). I told them that my body was aching. I’m now sitting here for more than 20 minutes with a back thats killing me and have yet to see the Dr. There was no one here when I walked in, maybe one in front of me. Regardless, I’ve been left in the back sweating, body aching, and a nasty cough. Having to wait this long is ridiculous and I recommend everyone to go to a different urgent care clinic. I’m not even sure if they remember I’m back here or not. That’s how long it’s been. Update: after 25-30min of waiting I went out to the front desk to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten, I am in the first room and no one was in the second when I got put in here. The Dr, eyeballed me with a stank look and proceeded to walk right past my room into anothers. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. She came in for 5 min and then sent me on my way. Dropping the review to 1 star."

"Thought the receptionist was rude , you could hear them talking about ppl. Floors were dirty in lobby and in the exam rooms sticky and mud everywhere. I didn’t really feel comfortable to be honest. Won’t be going back unless it’s a have to emergency."

"I had a very thorough conversation about my health issues and was out the door with my prescriptions in a jiffy! I felt terrible so that was great. It wasn’t crowded either, only me and 2 other people!"

"The politeness of the front desk staff is the only reason I am leaving two stars as my clinical experience with this location was very negative. The NP who saw me seemed irritated from the moment she walked in the room and tried to immediately blame all of my issues on allergies and congestion, saying there was nothing wrong with my throat. She didn't even use a tongue depressor or a light the first time she looked, so I had to ask her to look again and point out the exact location. It was only the second time she looked, actually using the tongue depressor and light, that she confirmed it looked like I had strep. You should not have to tell a medical professional the correct way to examine your throat. She was also extremely rough when looking in my ear, jamming the otoscope in so hard I jumped and had ear pain for hours after. She didn't sanitize her hands, didn't wear gloves, and touched the handle of the scope to my bare mouth. My prescription was then sent to THREE wrong locations. I would not recommend this location."

"I went here because of an ear infection. Front desk person was super nice.! Nurse was nice, very funny. Dr was very professional, she said my ear canal was blocked by severe wax buildup. My nice and funny nurse came in for ear irrigation procedure. This is when it got real, it took multiple rinsing sessions to remove the wax. My nurse was amazing! She didn’t stop until all the compounded wax was removed! Dr prescribed some drops and tips on how to prevent this in the future. I highly recommend this office!"
