"As a career musician playing over 30 years and over 20 professionally, I've certainly been to a TON of music stores all over the country. I've had the good, great, bad and awful experiences in many stores and with many associates along the way. Both Justin and The Wizard are honestly EXACTLY what you'd hope to find in a music store for all experience levels. Whether a touring professional, or a young player picking up your first axe "with Mom along", these guy's are fantastic. No "over the shoulder ridiculousness",etc. Always very personable, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the journey. Thank you both for doing what you do. I greatly appreciate you."

"I’ve been buying my gear from this Guitar Center for a little over 10 years now so I figured it’s time to write a review. I’d like to give a shout out to my all star sales rep Justin for hooking me up from day one! Over the past 10 years I’ve acquired many different amps, pedals, and guitars from this store, and in the past 10 years I’ve gone from just jamming Metallica riffs in my basement to playing shows at Headliners Music Hall thanks in part to the experience I’ve had shopping here and the encouragement from people like Justin. This store also has the best guitar inventory in the city so no matter what style of music you play, they will have something for you. I highly recommend if you are considering purchasing any musical instruments or equipment, come check this place out!"

"You could not be more wrong for giving Justin 1/5 stars. Justin’s has been HIGHLY recommended and trusted in the Louisville music scene for two decades and is a local musician himself. I myself have bought every instrument I own from Justin and have referred all of my friends and family to him. If someone thinks he’s rude, it’s because they have no sense of humor and take themselves too seriously. Justin, keep up the good work."

"Idk how Justin still has a job there. He’s one of the most condescending customers service reps I’ve ever come across. I do a lot of business in there and I’ve overheard him time and time again talk down to customers, then dog them even harder when they walk away. If you let him know you’re not making a purchase or if you decline his precious pro coverage he all but tells you to go f yourself. To the point that if he’s my option of people to deal with I just leave. And he’s one of the least guitar knowledgeable people there. Realistically half of their staff are bitter and unpleasant to be around, who seem annoyed if you ask questions, but not bad enough to write a review about. Shout out to Scott for being personable and knowledgeable. Only go into this store if you need to pick something up that can’t be shipped to you. Their online and phone reps are much better to deal with."

The team of Aidan and Dom got me quickly back on my feet with an order for a new guitar that they will inspect before I pick up. I even signed up for lessons before I left.
