"Do not trust a company that handles online appointment scheduling. It's a third-party company, not the clinic administrator's phone. Irresponsible people, I booked an appointment with a dentist for myself and my husband. Just over a month ago, I waited. But when I arrived on the scheduled day, I was told that nothing was booked for me. It's better to come in person and book face to face. They will give you a token. The first impression of the clinic is spoiled. Bad service. They booked appointment for me again. We came after one month again gave them second chance. We waited one month again. We came and waited half hour she said bad internet. Filled and scaned many documents and after one hour told us that we don't have any appointment. They cancelled it even didn't ask me. They just call one time from unknown number and if you didn't answer they cancel. And if you call back they won't answer you. Never back here and don't recommend. The worst service I ever had is here!!!"

"I took my husband here because he doesn't have medical insurance and he doesn't speak English. He was a walk-in appt and was the second in line after a scheduled patient and the first walk-in, which was phenomenal. They are staffed with several Spanish speaking employees as well as the dentists. You can make an appt prior to your visit as well. Another plus for them is that they are income based, so so services you receive are based on that, using your prior two months proof of income. The waiting area was tiny bit the actual dental rooms in back are many. Although my husband wasn't able to be treated there he was diagnosed with a bone disease and we took advantage of another one of their great services... referrals. So anyone near the lexington area that doesn't have insurance but can provide proof of a small ANY TYPE of income and are in immediate need of fillings or tooth removal this is it! I only gave 4 stars because there was no consultation before they decided to take pictures and videos. At first i was upset bc it was an unnecessary expense, however it was a much needed diagnosis. Super clean building, knowledgeable bilingual staff, great rates and speedy service."
