"Not a walk-in as shown on the map. Had to have an appointment and of course there were none available for the day. The parking lot and waiting room were empty, but there were three people sitting there at reception to take information from...no one, apparently."

"Great place! I have been seeing my Doctor Kimberly Hudson for over ten years now. Never wait longer than 5 minutes to see her if I have an appointment. The staff is so nice. Never an issue here."

"Long story short I would suggest that people avoid the entirety of the Lexington clinic, not just the walk in, they are as greedy as they come and will force multiple visits when not necessary to charge you as much as possible. I just wanted to get one thing checked out and possibly a referral and they ran me around in circles charging me almost $300 for unnecessary tests before I could even see my GP due to a lack of communication on their behalf. This is nothing like a small family clinic or office, you’re just a number to them and their business is to move you through and get the check as fast as possible and it shows."

"They don't seem to be very human. Tried to send my sick wife to them. I called ahead and gave my insurance information and they said they took it. They advised me to call me insurance company to make sure of the copay amount. Called insurance company and discovered my wife was just added to the plan that morning (my employer dropped the ball). So I called the clinic back and explained that my wife was just added to the plan and "Would that be a problem?" They told me it could take 24 hours to have my wife added and they could submit the claim the next day. So I took off work for the day, sent my wife to the clinic while I watched our children. She called me very upset that they were trying to charge her over $200 for the visit... I spoke to them on the phone and the REFUSED to see her without getting their money first. I repeated over and over that I had called ahead and was told they would process the claim the next day. The lazy employee on the other end of the phone just kept saying "It's not our policy to do that". Yes. Perhaps. It's my policy to let everyone know about how terrible you are."
