"I have never had any trouble with mark Miller the 2 times I had to see him when he was with urgent care. Now that he is in private practice with triad healt care, he does take most insurance but....called Monday to see if he could help with my disability paper, just an update,yesterday there was no problem and scheduled an appointment for today, his nurse practitioner had the receptionist call this morning telling me that he doesn't do any disability paper work, being retired he might be a fair doctor but don't be disabled and need him to help with the paperwork.."
