An in house pharmacist you can talk to. All the doctors and staff are easy to reach by phone, in person, or email. This clinic has really, really helped me. 5 star review."

"At first, I was very pleased with them. I was referred here from the emergency room for a follow up visit. Staff is very friendly. They seemed to know what they were doing. However, I’ve had issues following my ER visit, and decided to stick it out here since they knew what was going on, and getting a referral would take entirely too long to get in. Little did I know, it would have probably taken the same amount of time. They’re scheduling is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I need a procedure (don’t want to be specific). The first time, I had to reschedule with an issue on my end. Since then, I’ve been rescheduled FOUR more times on THEIR end. Once, was because they didn’t have something THEY needed for the procedure THEY scheduled. And the rest because they scheduled me when the doctor WOULDN’T even be there!! This is atrocious. I understand this is a clinic and not the hospital it’s affiliated with. But do better."

"I went to this clinic to get an IUD replaced. The staff were so kind and professional. Dr Gavin was excellent and went over every detail of what was going to happen. Before my appointment, i received two texts and a call to confirm. I will definitely be back!"

"I will not be returning to this clinic. Their scheduling is atrocious, for one. As for my care, my first two appointments were okay; however, the third time that I had went to seek some answers about problems with my method of birth control did not end well at all. I went with an entire list of problems it has been causing me for a year, most of them being physical problems. The end result? A waste of $30 for them to try and throw me on antidepressants. These were two completely different things; yes, I had some mental symptoms on that list, but that was nowhere near the bulk of physical problems I was having. The longer I was there the more it felt like they were trying to force antidepressants on me regardless of how many times I said no. I eventually said I had no further qualms and would think about it just to avoid the peer pressure they were presenting me with. I have never felt so belittled and rushed in my entire life. I know my body before and after birth control; I KNOW something is wrong with this new method of birth control, and it is not rooting from depression. In the future, I will find a new clinic; one with a doctor that will listen, evaluate, and not try to rush me out of the office with a mediocre diagnosis. Update: I got a second opinion from a different doctor at a completely different office. They told me that I was not depressed, the doctor I saw here gave me an incorrect diagnosis, and my IUD should have been removed when I originally asked for it back when I had first written this review. She stated that the doctor should have listened to me when I originally went to them because of how the birth control has been negatively influencing my hormone levels. I have been scheduled to remove my IUD, which /should/ have been done when I first started developing problems with it. This is further proof that I will NEVER be returning to this clinic."
