"Everyone was very nice and explained things to my satisfaction. It was very clean I liked the doctor and all the staff. I would definitely recommend to my friends."
"Everyone was extremely nice. The doctor seemed like she was interested in what I had to say and assured me that she would do everything to make me feel better again."
"It was great. Thorough. I didn't feel rushed. The Dr let me ask questions answered them. We set up a plan. I hope all visits go this well because frankly with other Dr's I've now got medical anxiety."
"People were nice, except for the “insurance” person when I initially told her that I didn’t know if I’d return. She gave a very sour expression and seemed to have no idea what to do. But I have many criticisms & will not return: The intense marketing was beyond annoying. The requirement for multiple visits before one can have a “regular” visit with the doctor is ridiculous. The blanket release of information by signing on a screen has got to be illegal. The supervisor didn’t even k ow how to make restrictions on the release. At the very least, it violates the standard of care by not showing patients exactly which records they give permission to release. Since my visit was not even considered to be a “real” visit to establish me as a patient, it is improper to require my medical history and medication list. I also strongly object to the presence of a scribe. While I have often experienced the use of a scribe in specialty practices, the use of one with a primary care provider is a severe invasion of my privacy. Unlike a visit with a specialist, I cannot have a private medical conversation with a primary care doctor. I do not like being a patient of a national corporation. I’d need to speak with a call center “somewhere” in the United States to even make an appointment. I will not return to Oak Street Health Center in Lexington, Kentucky. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a primary care practice. I am rescinding my release of information immediately."
"I was extremely pleased by my visit. Everyone was exceptionally polite and in a good mood. I thought it was a very thorough introduction. I really enjoyed the visit with the doctor, and the visit with the person who does the duties. The receptionist was excellent. I felt very comfortable and I’m looking forward to coming back. Thank you for the wonderful visit."
