"Urgent Cares reviews are always indifferent as literally everyone’s experiences differ from doctor to doctor, wait times, diagnosis, etc - with that I’ll try to keep this as objective as possible. I have been here a few times in the past couple of years as I don’t have a PCP and 2/3 of those times they have been nothing short of fantastic. The wait times were fairly quick, in-house services such as labs and x-rays were a breeze, and the doctors were very attentive and competent, the staff was caring and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and clean. For that I have to give them 4 stars. The 1/3 visit I was in due to an on-ice sports injury and after waiting nearly 4hrs to be seen with a fairly empty waiting room, I ended up just walking out. That all being said, when it comes to Urgent Care / PCP I do genuinely trust the team here and would highly recommend them."

"I will have to say I have never ever been turned down for seeing a Dr but I was sent home and the nurses who are suppose be caring have a good heart and able to care for the sick.I am 72 years old sick with asthma and found out I had ear infections strep and COVID needless to say I was very sick and still trying to recover.I spent most of my life in Illinois and never was I told to go home that they have reached there quota for the day.Also i spent 10 years of my life in Bowling Green ky snd was never ever sent home because they had too many people to be seen from the front people to what they called " nurses " you dont have to worry about me or my grandkids i will never be back to a facility that turns away very sick people.I even told them i would wait however long it took but no they were so rude I can't believe that they are still open and able to care for sick people"

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We were in and out the urgent care clinic in 45 minutes. The nurse and physician were very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend. The pharmacy is also attached to the clinic. That was great to pick up prescriptions right away as well."

"I walked in without an appointment when they opened and was taken back almost immediately. Total time there was less than 40 minutes. All of the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for great care. If you have UK My health chart you can schedule an appointment through that online if you have a tight schedule/ can't be there right when they open."

"I have never been able to walk in to this clinic and get care. Everytime I have arrived as a walk-in, they turn me away and refuse to take my info down or anything. If this is not a walk-in friendly clinic, then people need to know. Everything online and over the phone says that no appointment is necessary and walk-ins are welcome, which has never been true for me. I'm sitting in the parking lot now and there are maybe 15 cars here total, and I cannot receive care. I was so excited to get UK insurance because everyone says it's amazing, but I honestly it's been nothing but disappointing."
