"HORRIBLE! Been waiting for hours just for one appointment. Been feeling sick all day, however they take so much time just to do one thing. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!"

"I went in and scheduled a walk in appointment so I could get a physical done for a job. I was not asked at the time of setting up my appointment what I was there for. When my appointment time arrived and I was finally asked, I was told that the appointment would not be covered by insurance and I would be charged out of pocket. I no longer wanted to be seen as a result. I wasted an hour of my time waiting for the appointment when it could’ve been avoided had the lady at the desk asked me all of the pre appointment questions like she should have. I did not even get an apology when I decided to leave after wasting time due to her mistake."

"I had a fine experience getting in efficient time and the receptionist and the APRN were very kind, but I discovered the day after that they had not called me in a prescription they told me they would. I called the clinic for basically 2hrs straight and nobody answered the phone. I was just trying to get the prescription I was told would be prescribed, but had no luck getting through to the receptionist.The phone just continuously rings and nobody picks up. You’d think if they are sitting at their desk this would be annoying and they would actually pick up the phone. It’s ridiculous that literally nobody is ever picking up the phone."

"By all means go to The Little Clinic if you enjoy having your time wasted. I showed up 45 minutes before my 11 a.m. appointment which I had confirmed online the day before. After 13 hours of fasting prior to have blood work and covid testing done, waiting too long wasn't an option. 11 a.m. rolled around with nobody around ( the clinic seems woefully understaffed) and with my blood sugar low, I walked out. The place says "no problem" with walk-ins. It is a lie. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else (unless you enjoy wasting time)."

"Go to any other Little Clinic. I made an appointment for 11:20 and almost an hour later and I have not been seen yet. A gentlemen there had an appointment for 12:00 and was also seen before I was. I very clearly don’t feel good and the receptionist (Ronda) was so slow. She made me stand around for 5 minutes before I could simply tell her I had an appointment. She then proceeded to take 30 minutes with my ID and insurance card. She was also on the computer the whole time, so I’m not too sure what took so long. This has been the worst doctor experience I have ever had. I’ve never had any issues with the Little Clinic at other locations. Literally go anywhere else except this location!!! You will wait at least an hour past your appointment time."
