"The lady at the front desk told me we don’t have anymore appointments today- I was there at 7pm and turned away"
"Doctor was nice and helpful but girl working at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. I chose this location because it was the closest to me but I would drive farther next time just to get better service."
"No sense of urgency. I waited a hour and 30 minutes for something that takes 10 minutes. Felt like they didn’t act professionally and acted on their on time not patients."
"We were turned away when we arrived because we got stuck in traffic and we were running late. Spoke with manager later she said there’s a 30 minute grace period. We were well within that but we were told we couldn’t sit and wait in case something opened up in the schedule. Provider should be ashamed of herself for refusing to see an ill child."
"Two weeks ago, my husband got a cold, went to this location, got a prescription for Flonase and amoxicillam for what appeared to be an ear infection, and had a nice time. I caught that same cold, so I go in. The doctor seemed nice, listened to my lungs, updated my chart to reflect the fact that I recently had my thyroid taken out, and told me to go out and just take some otc medicine. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get the Flonase or other medicine, but OK. I asked for recommendations for what OTC stuff to take and was told basically that there's not much difference. Well, after reading my boxes of OTC medicine very carefully it turns out it makes a big difference because if you have thyroid disease some decongestants cause problems in your circulatory system! Some interact with the thyroid medicine. It's not great to be told to just go find some OTC medicine, but if you ask specifically for recommendations for which kind and some are safe for you to take but others aren't, it's reasonable to expect to be told that! I understand she's only human and probably doesn't know all those things about every condition everyone has off the top of her head, but it was still a very bad experience."
