"Not a good experience. Both of my fiance's shoulders have been bothering him for awhile. We've been trying to get him rescheduled to begin therapy because the PT was confident that she could loosen his muscles and tendons and manipulate his shoulders back into place without surgery. We were both delighted that he could get this fixed without surgery. So the hour and a half we waited for his initial visit with the PT didn't seem all that bad. Fast forward to his next visit, he had to reschedule upon arrival because there were 5 people in the waiting room and two that walked in with him and walked back out because the wait time was insane and not worth it. I just called this morning to see about scheduling early enough to get decent appointment times this week so that hopefully he could be seen more consistently and begin the rehabilitation on his shoulders...They informed me that he has "scheduled and not shown up too many times and he can no longer be seen with our facility". I write this detailed review because as a disabled person whose been in and out of physical therapy all my life, I have never been to a facility where they blame the patients for overbooking and then turn them away even though they are still in a debilitating state. There are plenty facilities that will take his insurance so that is not the concern. I am writing this in hopes that it saves someone the chance of being turned away for something that wasn't their fault. Or in Hope's that the company sees this and updates their policies to where the providers are required to tell their patients up front that they will be turned away if they reschedule more than twice. Thank you."
