"The last pair of glasses I ordered through them were not correct. The last pair my wife ordered the lens were messed up and they never contacted her when the new lens came in. She had to call weeks later to see if the lenses had come in or not. They use to have good customer service, but not anymore."

"UPDATE: She passed her DMV eye exam And has her permit. So my girlfriends entire life she was told because of her Duane’s syndrome this doctor would not sign off for her to get her license. We went for a second opinion at a real vision specialist and was told her vision therapy was a money grab for insurance. Once the eye surgery for the muscle correction is done that’s as good as it will ever get. No amount of vision therapy will change or has changed her vision. We were also told based on her general eye sight she CAN pass the DMV vision exam. So at 24 years old she is just now going to get her license because of the lies this doctor told. All those years of not being able to work due to lack of transportation and not being able to drive for what? Nothing. I did make sure to record our visit to the new doctor we went to so if anyone has any doubts about my claims I have proof. This girl has felt like a burden her entire life and has missed so many opportunities she could have had. We’re making a big deal of this. It’s going viral. At the very least you owe this girl a HUGE apology. A lawsuit might just be in order. We’ll see."

"First appointment as we're fairly new to the area. My wife and I were greeted a soon as we entered. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Young was professional and friendly. Tabitha was also friendly and very professional with checking that our information was correct. Roxie took great care with assisting my wife with getting the right frames for glasses. Overall a really good experience. Definitely will recommend"
