"Only used 2/6 of my laser hair removal package I bought with them. Called and left voicemails to set up new appointment and even tried emailing and never got any response. Phone always goes to voicemail. Now I just feel robbed."

"I do not recommend this place! They had some great providers that left and now I do not want to continue my services there and they will not refund my money For treatment that hasn’t been completed or respond to my emails."

"Don't even try working with this business. It's unprofessional and they literally have to cancel on you because their equipment keeps breaking down. Edit: I wasn't even able to get an appointment because when I called to set one I was told the equipment has been mostly down since March. Why run a Groupon on something you can't deliver on? Now I have to wait for my refund to post in 5-7 days. Just irritating."

"So I just called to confirm my appointment since I had not received a confirmation text yet. I call and she said that I called and canceled it. I explained that I in fact had not canceled it considering I had taken off work for the day of and after for it. I would have believed that this was a mistake if the SAME THING hadn't happened 2 years ago. I drove all the way out there and they said my appointment was canceled. What I think is happening is they bump the people who has bought groupons for those who don't. I will update my review and let you now if they keep the appointment and how it goes. If you don't want people to buy groupons for your company stop selling them so we can go to a company who welcomes them!!!"

"This place was great! The front desk rep was very nice, and all of the staff greeted me with "good morning" and a smile. The place was modern and clean, which I like in a medical facility. I scheduled my appointment this morning for 8:30 am. There was a scheduling conflict causing my appointment to be a little late, but Shawna (the esthetician that does the laser hair removal) was super apologetic and made sure the session was done quickly so I could head back to work. She was very thorough and explained everything for post-care as well. Can't wait to have my next 5 appointments and get rid of this armpit hair LOL."
