"I am so glad I chose to read these reviews prior to making an appt. My husband and I are wanting to do Ivf. Unfortunately the place that we want isn't in network with our insurance. My insurance has already said they would cover a consultation and I told the lady that she was rude and argumentative."
"UPDATE: I had my surgery and the cysts removed by IRH since this place robbed me. Found out I am pregnant two months after it was removed (just as the doctor at IRH said would happen) This place will be lucky if I dont chose to Sue them for finanical and emotional distress. Dont attend here if youre hoping to become pregnant. This is just a money bank. I went here for less than a year after being reffered after 2 years of infertility. Every appointment I had a different doctor with a different opinion. One will tell me I have a diangosis and the next would tell me they don't think i have it. They consistently asked me the same questions regarding my health that I reiterated 100 times to them. I have endometriosis and PCOS. I was told by my doctor not to remove the endometriosis and she still prescribed 3 rounds of chlomide that were all unsuccessful. We then went to the shots and one doctor would boost them because they werent working then was told I had too many growing by my primary and was canceled after she told me to reorder $1000 worth of medicine again (thats still in my fridge btw) After she canceled me she told me I had to do IVF. Defeated, I got a second opinion. The first thing he said was to remove the endometriosis because the medicine wont react to that side DUH. I am now scheduled for surgery & will be provided an equal medium to see if medicine will work after the cysts are removed (my cysts are almost 4cm on one side) Again, THIS IS A MONEY BANK. They do not care. They are not organized. I spent thousands of dollars in medicine to get absolutely no where and told to cough up 20k for IVF before anything else was attempted (like removing the gygantic cysts blocking my ovaries). Shame on UC. PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE COMING HERE. I dont know who gave these doctors a medical degree but they are ignorant, unorganized, and unknowledgeable. They want your money and thats it."
"We went here unsuccessfully for several years. Left and went to AFCC in Chicago and were successful within two months. They are so unorganized here they can’t even manage a remote cycle without delaying paperwork and causing problems. Can not even trust them to do a baseline ultrasound and bloodwork and fax it over on time."
"We had a great experience with Dr. Thomas! He diagnosed my PCOS and when we were ready to finally try to get pregnant, he was ready to help us get started. He did some basic testing (checked my husband's sperm count, my tubes, etc.) then we started with just some medication to induce ovulation and some ultrasounds. He helped with getting my shots delivered to my door through a less expensive pharmacy and prescribed me a medication that worked to grow my eggs while also being covered by insurance. They do charge for each round up front (cheaper upfront as its a package) but they accept cash or debit/credit cards so the options to pay are great. Ultrasounds to check egg growth were available during many hours of the day and even on weekends- both in Clifton at Christ Hospital and at UC West Chester. We ended up successfully getting pregnant and I carried to full term with my wonderful son. They do release you to your regular OB/GYN after 10-12 weeks because they do not deliver babies, they just help create and begin the cooking process. I am soooo happy we came here and will come here again for our next one!"
"This clinic is a part of uc hospitale and if you are qualified for financial assistant this clinic will not take it,you have to pay everything out pocket, the system is missed up,why people pay their taxes at the first place if you can't take of them when in need."
