"First impressions were outstandingly terrible. I called, as an excited first mother ready for my first ultrasound to see me and my child's health after testing positive at my hometown doctors office. When I called I was met with multiple holds for a receptionist who couldn't tell me how I needed to get proof of a positive test over to their offices from my old one. Then I was finally told to call my old office and request a fax. My office educated me that faxing wasn't possible and that they would need to contact and request information. I called back and they easily got my medical records sent after all that hassle. My old doctor ordered with my hcg levels that I make an ultrasound appointment to see how far along I am and the vitals of the baby. However, they told me the only option for appointments was telehealth. So I made my appointment and waited a week for whenever I was supposed to be seeing my ultrasound. I was called and given a code, to which I joined multiple times without anyone else joining. I called back and asked what was keeping me from being seen in person if I'm pregnant and have already tested positive (and could be seen on my record) to which I was told that they didn't know but my nurse was with somebody else in person. When I got a call back I was offered an in person appointment after waiting a whole week for a telehealth appointment. Don't waste your time where nobody knows what they're doing. Thanks to their laziness I have missed important first motherhood moments."
