"They are so lucky to employ Jill nurse practitioner. One of the kindness person I have ever met at a medical facility. Absolutely recommend going there."
"This place should be called u of hell.If you need any papers filled out by short-term disability or anything for time off of your job they do not do it. They also don't tell you that they don't do. My short-term disability people sent them numerous faxes and the girl at the front desk say they just throw things like that away. So go to baptist will actually fill out your short-term disability papers so you don't lose your job. U of hell is not for the working people."
"I left two stars because Naheem at the front desk was so rude, k can only imagine how she treats the underserved, mental health and drug rehabilitated communities. Working with a diverse background and having people soft skills is very important when dealing with the medical communities. I was put on hold repeatedly, told there was not a RELEASE OF INFORMATION FORM that could Be sent to me electronically and I was told I would babe to get it from my chart. I am NOT a resident as I explained and could she sent a disclose. She said I can only come in and get it or get it through my chart. She put me on hold and didn’t come back with the activation code for me to access my chart and when ask rather then say she would be placing me on hold she put me on hold 3 more times a total of 5 times on hold. It’s really sad when you are depending on the staff to be knowledgeable about HIPPA and the practice of the offices waivers and they aren’t but try to punish you for being inquisitive of protocols and aware. Not everyone you speak will have the courage to speak up, but someone of us will. Lidnsey returned to the call and I then explain to Lidnsey whom of course came with solutions. She offer to email it to me and she even walk me through the My chart, which Naheem was totally against and told me I would have to contact technical support. Lidnsey gave me the access code Neheem wouldn’t provide and she also was very understanding and a complete professional from the time of the call to the time I picked up my document. Thank her for her professionalism because she absolutely it’s a person of resolve and solutions. I need the results for work and as she explain my results weren’t in the computer because it was under a different providers name rather then U of L. So, the chart wasn’t useful or helpful in my care. My mother has a doctorate and healthcare administration and teaches on the matter at Georgia State, Kennesaw and other colleges to name a few. Stereo typing your population and reducing the help you give them is a slight against the residents and the customers that come from everywhere. Please ask questions when it comes to your medical and documents. No one has the right to purposely withhold information or be evasive when it comes to these things."
"Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor were professional, helpful and courteous. I can't ask for more than that. I'm still sick but I'm going back for a reevaluation of my symptoms of a bad virus."
"I would give them Negative rating if I could. I suffer from servere anxiety, and the check-in and nursing staff are the rudest group of UN-profeasionals I have ever dealt with. I had a family member come with me for an exam, and the staff were quick to tell my family that I "REQUIRED", to "Get out of the building! You are not allowed in the back for any reason!" Then questioned me if I needed to reschedule because I'm not allowed to have them with me. .. the chair cover paper is on the floor so God knows if it's actually clean.. room does not smell as though it has been sterilized At All. Had a 1:00 appointment on 10/16/20 that I was on time for, sat for well over 1 hour before anyone spoke to me and it was all "Sir" when I am a female and my ID says Female. They are rude, discriminatory, transphobic."
