"We both ordered a salad a piece there was hardly any chicken on the salad plus my salad was not cut up good and it had some bad leaves in it need to train them to cut up lettuce a little bit better in salads. But the salads were delicious"

"Recently called about a job to which they had told me multiple times they were hiring and to call back later this week. I called back to have the phone answered by two people who seemed absolutely miserable to be there. Especially the manager Ashley. You can clearly tell she hates her job and is no woman of class. If you want to be respected in any way choose a different Zaxbys. I can’t stress enough how miserable she seemed to be there and was so irritable. Seriously find a new manager."

"The food is always great. Today both the sheriff's deputies and the fire/rescue folks were eating here. I wish they could better position the ordering line up front. The line at times interferes with getting sodas and condiments."

"Ordered online. Waited patiently for 10 mins. Noticed people with way bigger orders were getting their order before me, ordering well after I did. I asked about my order; my receipt sitting on the back counter. Girl at cashier told the manager I had been waiting and to make order. 10 more minutes go by. Asked to speak with manager. She comes up and I explain why I hadn’t been served. Simple fries and 5 fingers with cold slaw. She said she made my order. Then got attitude and asked said, “I can give you a refund.” Didn’t address why my order was overlooked and why o waited almost 30 minutes. Order should have been on the house. This was my FIRST time eating there as I just moved to TN. Got home and I was pissed. EVERYTHING was saturated with sauce. I tried to stomach it; but I ended up belching it all up. I’m will NEVER GO BACK."

"Honestly just… ew. I had heard good things about Zaxbys but neither the chicken sandwich nor the fried pickles hit the spot. Both were soaked in grease. I understand it’s fast food but dang at least give the fry basket a shake before dumping in all the grease? The chicken was a thick piece of chicken that was not seasoned all the way through. I could not finish it because it tasted gross to me. The sandwich was dry and the pickles were pitifully shriveled. I won’t be back"
