"It’s a Sunday. I checked hours on both Google and Baptist website and chose this one because the closer one didn’t open until 12. Checked in on MyChart, and headed to UC. It was closed. Hours on window said same as online. But you had to actually walk in the building to the entrance to see a sign that said closed. Couldn’t cancel the MyChart appt that I had made. 3 stars because I typically have great service here."

"Everyone was very helpful and courteous throughout the visit. I was there for a bad sinus infection and nothing was helping. They did all the right tests and explained all medicines ,actions and what I could take over the counter to help. I will recommend this Baptist urgent care to everyone!"

"I have worked down the street from here for 11 years and have been here a handful of times. The staff has always been amazing, attentive, and the nurses and reception staff are the best. My doctor experiences have been good, but my last visit the doctor seemed a little annoyed by me, but it wasn't a bad experience. I'm sure I'll be back again at some point as this is my go to location for immediate care."
