Reviews of Baptist Center for Pain Control
"Dr patel off staff.are liarsthey drop me because I spoke up about other people going in front of me. Do not come here they str awful."
"If I could give this practice zero stars I would in a heartbeat. Don’t come here. They are awful and do not care in the slightest about their patients and try to cover the mistakes they make along the way. Stay away. Ridiculous amount of gaslighting. I would rather eat nails than ever return here. Pathetic excuses for providers."
"Dr. Bauer is outstanding doctor she is very caring and will go out of her way to make sure you are taking care of. She is very caring. I have been to another pain management and never had someone to care about me like Dr. Bauer she is awesome!!!"
"Dr Barnet was great, compassionate and accepted my truth about my pain. I was switched to Brigid who was very judgemental, scolded me for taking too much Tylenol instead of Hydrocodone, go figure! When I was asked my pain level for which it was a 10 that day, I have arthritis and it was raining that day, they said they had to send me to the ER. So I lowered it to a 5 because I just got out of the hospital for a pulmonary embolism & DVT that I had been telling her that I have been feeling faint putting on socks and in the shower. Plus the ER will not do anything for you when you're seeing a pain management Dr. I am very honest with ALL my Dr's, sometimes too honest, but I refuse to allow some jaded APRN to treat me as if I am not worthy of help when my regular MD referred me to them. After speaking to someone after I was told I could not return who goes to the same office about this experience, they also did not like Brigid and was switched to another APRN, they were not told they could not come back. I was told if I can't see everyone in the practice that I would need to find another practice. I found water therapy for which is working great for me, after I found it pain management sent in the referral. I am having tremendous mobility issues for which land therapy would not of worked out for me at this time. Why wouldn't pain management recommend this for me or pay attention to my medical issues when it comes to the pulmonary embolism and DVT?? Usually when I hear stories like this about pain management offices, they eventually get shut down for illegal practices... I will stay with my water therapy because it's working. Most likely I will not subject myself to another pain management Dr to be treated this way. I am not a drug addict, I have passed all drug tests I have been given, I haven't even smoked Marijuana in life. I was just trying to seek management of my pain. Two good things came from this experience, me finding water therapy on my own and getting prescribed a non-narcotic medicine to help with the nerve pain. I highly recommend not going to this pain management center, but if you do, I hope you're not vocal about your treatment and only tell them what they want to hear because then they will tell you that you need to see their shrink if you say tell the truth about anything..."
"I have NEVER had a bad experience with Dr. Daryl Barnett’s office. Dr. Barnett is kind and courteous. He goes out of his way to be helpful and to ensure professionalism in the office. I see Jacque APRN for most of my visits. She takes her time to get to know me as a patient AND as a person. I cannot possibly recommend this caring office ANYMORE than I do! It is marvelous!"
