Bella, my puppy was handled with care and given her necessary vaccinations. I love this Vet Clinic. So happy to have found them."

"Madison animal when I first started going to this animal about a year-and-a-half ago maybe 2 years ago they were absolutely wonderful the staff was warm. And then things changed. You'd call up there you'd be put on hold for any more than 15 to 20 and then you would call back and you be put on hold for even longer. And when they did pick up the phone. They weren't the nicest people . The girls at the front desk seem to be struggling with their tasks. Then one day I called about medicine for my dog. Because he cannot go without his medicine. I was told by the doctor that the medicine would be called in. Mind you I called and asked them a couple days before that to get his medicine ready. To ask them to get his medicine. So later on the same day I got text messages from the facility. Telling me that there were no longer going to be able to take care of my fur baby's... I was sent all their records. And told that to have a nice day and sorry for the inconvenience. So I had to scramble to get medicine for my dog. Thank goodness I found a veterinarian that is absolutely awesome. Elsewhere. The reason I was told that they would no longer be meeting my veterinarian needs. It's because the girl in the front said that I was rude and very hard to deal with .Which is not true. I've always been courteous and nice to those girls when I went in there. When I called back and ask to talk to the veterinarian. I was told that she was going to stand with her staff and what her staff said. Mind you I was a little upset. But I moved on. So about a week ago I get a reminder that my pets are due for shots... Mind you it was probably automated. I do not recommend this place. Not only are they unprofessional. But they're very expensive. And when I say expensive I mean truly expensive. Sally ... Watch out for how much they charge you for individual pills because they hiked the price and then they lower the price hike the price then lower."

"This Animal Clinic was clean, the ladies there were super nice & caring. The doctor was awesome as well as her helper that had to hold down my Bear boy because he was scared."
