"Exceptionally good service, even the morning after Christmas. I showed up to the wrong location for my appointment, and they helped me cancel my other appointment and service me there."

"I went in because I got sick and the appt itself was okay, except that the doctor (Dr. Packer) didn’t wear gloves or use hand sanitizer or anything so I didn’t like that. But he was supposed to prescribe me medicine and he never put the order in like he said he did, I’ve tried calling them multiple times so I could ask him to put the prescription in and they don’t answer the phone. I’ve been calling for a few days and they still haven’t answered at any time of the day. They’re very unreliable and I will not be going to this little clinic again."

"Very poor communication skills. I rearranged my schedule to make a vaccine appointment. I got to the store and was told only when I got there that they could not give the vaccine to Medicare patients and I would have to go to the pharmacy for the vaccination. The pharmacy did not have any staff members scheduled to give the vaccines until two days out. Very poor communication and scheduling skills (there were two people ahead of me who had been told the same thing)."

"Super frustrating experience. Went for an eye infection and was given antibiotic eye "drops" and told to call back for a regular antibiotic if they weren't working. Well...they're not "drops"...they're ointment, and what adult can have ointment in their eyes all day for 10 days. I called and called and called to get a new prescription...no answer. EVERY. Can't even leave a message. So I drive 25 minutes to get there. They're on lunch...from 1:30 - 2:15. WEIRD. Then they tell me that because the nurse that helped me isn't there, I'd have to wait around for a new appointment. RIDICULOUS."

"I can't say enough about how great the staff was at my visit to the Clinic inside Kroger at Holiday Manor last night. The receptionist was friendly, polite and professional, even after working all day long. I was the last patient of the evening. Chelsea, the PA on duty was patient, caring and attentive to me from beginning to end. She allowed me to voice my problems and she addressed them one at a time. She was knowledgeable and gave me good advice. I am very pleased with my visit and the staff at Holiday Manor inside Kroger and would go there again."
