Hope Health Clinic, located at 1025 Sanibel Way in La Grange, Kentucky, is a vital institution providing affordable healthcare to those in need. With the rising costs of insurance premiums, many low-wage earners in our community struggle to access quality care. That's where Hope Health Clinic steps in, offering primary care services to individuals without insurance or those unable to afford their deductibles.

As a proud member of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC), Hope Health Clinic is dedicated to ensuring that the medically underserved have access to the healthcare they deserve. Our holistic approach to care empowers patients to take control of their health, with medical visits priced at just $15 and basic lab work at $7-$8.

Since opening our doors in 2011, Hope Health Clinic has served over 45,000 patient visits and received over $1 million in donated medications. In 2020 alone, we welcomed 326 new patients and received nearly $60,000 in patient contributions for services rendered.
