"Wow! Had $60k worth of cabinets. Multiple arrived damaged despite them shipping using their own truck directly to home. Took weeks to redo and then they arrived unusable - damaged again plus attempted repair wasn’t finished well. Wrote ONE comment on their Facebook page and instead of reaching out to help correct the issue, they blocked me! Even the owner of the kitchen design firm contacted them about quality issues as of late (not just for me). The cabinets that didn’t arrived damaged look great, but packaging/delivery is very bad and customer service is even worse. I am seriously appalled that they blocked me!"

"We had over $30k worth of Mouser cabinets installed in our kitchen. We had to have several doors remade multiple times because they were either warped/bowed, or they arrived damaged to our house, or the remade door sent did not match the design and style of the one it was replacing. This took place over several months, and even though the last door that we installed is still bowed in the middle, we accepted it as satisfactory so that we could move forward with the project completion. After the doors were mostly addressed, we noticed areas where the finish has started to crack on at least two of the doors. We had hoped this kitchen remodel would last us a good 25-30 years. I’m not so sure given the quality of the cabinets I have seen from Mouser. Maybe if we had chosen stained cabinets, the finish and ability to get them square and flush would have been easier. But mama wanted painted cabinets, and well, she gets what she wants."
