"As an EMPLOYEE for 9 months the truth is to come. This company does NOT what so ever value their employees , the only thing they value is taking your MONEY. Go elsewhere for your needs, I never not once was over 15 minutes late nor have I ever called in within 9 months. They chose and plead with who they want, as I have several documents/screenshots while working here of all the bad within the company. I was terminated instead of being “wrote up” or “pip” as the MSM (General managers) do/say the same as I. As encore sales all product that Is %100 legal , a policy should be in play and enforced at all 6 locations, that product is not to be consumed on company time. As you may think as funny as it sounds, this is a smoke shop environment and they encourage you to try vapes/delta as a matter of fact they give you one free product to try a month! The only deal we as employees have been told is as long as you can run the register you are fine. This was not the case for me. As one product is just as worse as the next. Blue rise is energy in a bottle, KRATOM is like synthetic opiate. Delta is practically THC, & most of all cosmic gas, is nitrous that makes you wobbly for 30-60 seconds. As I said one is just as bad as another however I know someone, multiple people from all 6 locations & corporate that does one of them. If I could give this work place/business a 0 star review I would."

"I would not go to this store. If you go in all the time the employees will drag you into their drama, a guy with a beard who works there (won’t say names) will try to hit on you, and the entire place is super unprofessional. Go somewhere else, or do a different encore location until this one gets new employees."
