"The “director” is extremely rude and unprofessional. She will hang up on you when you are trying to resolve an issue and then block your number. They cannot properly manage staffing and have to close for a week and close early on random days. Parents are not allowed to go into the building so nobody knows child to staff ratio or what the inside condition even looks like. You never see the child’s teacher or are able to interact with them. They do not ID anyone who comes to pick up kids either."

"Really rude people at this place! The building looks run down but yet they are the most expensive day care around. Plus, they have this ridiculous supply list that applies to all age children not just my 13 month old. I bought everything and put it in a school supply box as the list said to get and labeled everything with my daughter's name with a black sharpie. Everything cost about $118. My daughter only attended for 3 weeks and they gave me back maybe half of what I bought. She only attended for 3 weeks because they are so RUDE! Would not allow me to ask questions about how my daughter was doing after we had a major family dynamic change. I got shooed out the door as I was trying to finish asking how my daughter ate for the day since she wasn't eating so I could figure out what she needed to be fed that night. I was basically very nastily told to make an appointment for a conference. My daughter was always in a different age class when I came to get her. Her father used to drop her off and pick her up but when I started to at the end, that's what I noticed. So I think they were shuffling kids around because they had more than they were supposed to per class, age group, etc. My daughter constantly has diaper rash with them... it's as if they don't give her diaper area time to dry before strapping the next diaper on which any idiot knows causes rash and they strap them on way too tight. I'm a medical professional but it's not rocket science as far as that is concerned. They have no concept of customer service. They all seem to be from Del Rio and have no idea of how real business in a proper manner should be conducted. And again the place looks just plain run down. And they were never welcoming from the get-go. They also act as if they don't want you in there. It definitely makes you wonder about a lot of things, especially, with how rundown the place looks."

"They had some really good teacher but some of them have left and the new ones are not as good as the ones that were there... they are not as attentive with the kids, do not change the toddlers when they should and let your kids get scrapes, bites, scratches, and bruises and don’t know from what..."

"The staff is so friendly. The school looks so clean. The only issue is my son has came home with poop residue and it's caused a rash. I called to speak with the director but she wasn't in. I am still waiting for a call back. Its hard to be at work and feel uncomfortable about your children's diaper changes. My son doesnt talk yet, so I wonder what else maybe going on."
