"The entire staff did an amazing job transforming our 100 year old attic space into an incredible primary suite. From the design process to completion the folks at LHM were professional, provided timely communication, and were fun to work with. Chris was our lead on-site contractor and utilized all of his skills from carpentry to tile work. Remodeling this space was not an easy task, the steps into the area are steep and narrow but Chris and his team managed to navigate the tight space with little trouble. I couldn't be more pleased with the result."

"We used Louisville Handyman (LH) in the past and were pleased. So when we wanted to finish some small remodeling projects we decided to use them again. Perhaps it was the guy they sent and maybe our experience would have been different with someone else. We had quite a list with wanting curtain rods hung, door knobs switched out, and other tasks that should be easy for an experienced handyman. I hired LH for a 1.5 days. The work started out slow but I didn’t mind as long as the tasks were completed well. However, there was always some sort of problem or reason why a task couldn’t be completed at 100%. I just figured the house isn’t a new build so remodeling is tricky. Long story short, all the tasks he had issues with were able to be repaired by myself or another contractor I had to pay. My biggest complaint was that he didn’t even attempt to clean up after himself and the second day of work he talked for 45 minutes. I spoke with LH and they offered to have someone come out and clean up as well as someone come out and try to repair the tasks he couldn’t finish but by the time they offered that I had already completed the fixes myself or had someone else do it.
