Cinemark Preston Crossings 16 and XD

"We came for the 12:00 showing for The Chosen and walked in to a single long line of people buying tickets so we waited to purchase on a single kiosk. Then found out we had to wait in the long line again if we wanted popcorn. So no we walked on it just to find the screen dark. It it 12:30 and we are just now seeing the previews. I am not sure when they changed the purchasing of tickets and refreshments in just 1 long line but I personally do not like it at all. Get more lines or go back to the old way."

"It was dirty, and I had to use my drinking water and hand sanitizer to clean off the tray just to remain sitting there. It's really disappointing that cleaning is no longer a priority after COVID restrictions have stopped. I don't understand why that is. Please do better restrictions shouldn't have to be enforced to have a clean seat and tray,"

"My son & I had a long overdue mom/son night this evening. We went & watched Beekeeper & it was a great movie!! It was not crowded at all. The chairs reclined & were heated, if you choose to have the heat on! The ONLY huge complaint I have is the volume levels! It’s of course surround sound & so that’s going to be loud as it is but the BEEKEEPER did the most at the gunfight & fighting scenes & it was so loud I could barely stand it. I actually ran to my car & grabbed some cotton & made makeshift earplugs!! Preston crossings, PLEASE try & tone down that volume level during the highest action scenes. It’s literally painful to some individuals. Of course my 15 year old son told me I was crazy the volume was just fine!! But it was a great long overdue night w my kiddo!! Oh to be young, right??"

"This place seems to have gotten better over the years. Staff was friendly and the theater was clean and comfy. Popcorn was good as always. Only real complaint would be the prices. Movie ticket was fine but $5 for a drink is really high. Still an enjoyable experience"

"We were taking our reset in a neighboring town and wanted to watch a movie and decided to stop here since there was enough room to park our 18 wheeler. Great customer service and a very nice theater. The only complaint is how small the wings were"
