"Ima a taxi driver when I go to pick up ppl around 3 everybody tends to speed through the parking lot or not look when they back up I believe they need more speed bumps or a meeting how to exit the building in a safe environment I feel bad for those who walk because coming in I almost got hit serval times"

"Looking at previous reviews I am cautious to write such a great review, but I had a really great experience with the company. My order came as expected but it no longer worked in our kitchen. I immediately contacted the company via email regarding the return policy. The return policy is quite atrocious: 35% restocking fee, the item must be in selling condition (no holes due to installments, etc), and the customer pays shipping. It was completely understandable to have items in resealable condition and customer pay shipping, but a 35% restocking is a little steep. In my case, 35% would have been close to $350, just to send it back! As soon as I was able, I called a lady at customer service, who was very friendly, to explain my situation. She stated that she wouldn’t know if the restocking fee could be waived if I return the items but she would ask her supervisor. By the next day, we received a call back and they were able to waive the restocking fee! So I was very thankful for the customer service I recieved. TLDR; the refund policy is horrible (35% restocking fee), customer service was great in my experience."

"I was called told I had the job and when I went to the orientation some lady that works in hr told the guy who was doing the orientation to not hire me because I worked there 6 months before and left because I caught covid ...and I was told that you could get fired and 30 days later get hired I was gone for 6 months and my reason for leaving the job was a bad case of covid....its sad that I was treated that way"

"We have a Rev-A-Shelf in our renovated kitchen. It's been great and used more than any other drawer/slide in the kitchen. Needed to get a replacement part and contacted customer service. Simply the best customer service from a great company. Pam has simply been the best. We are Rev-A-Shelf customers for life. Our other renovation items will be Rev-A-Shelf."

"They gave me points (which went towards termination) for most everything when I missed work even when I asked off in advance. I was on parole and had things I had to ask off for such as P.O. meetings, SSC meetings, Re-Entry officer meetings, etc.. I gave my best effort every day I did work and they showed their appreciation by firing me for "poor attendance". I am filing a complaint through the Department of Labor (since they told me bc I worked through a temp agency I couldnt file an official complaint with the Co.) and am very displeased with how the firing process was handled, it was very unprofessional. Unless you know you will be able to be at work and will never have to ask off, I would not at all recommend this company. I would rate it with a negative one if I could"
