However, our concerns were quickly alleviated when we encountered a staff member named Halo. Their exceptional customer service skills and genuine enthusiasm turned our visit into an unforgettable experience. Halo went above and beyond to assist us throughout our time at the company. Their knowledge and willingness to help with any queries or concerns truly stood out. We felt valued and appreciated as customers, making our visit all the more enjoyable. We highly recommend Main Event to anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable experience. "Had my daughter's 10th Birthday here and it was our 1st time coming to Main Event and my daughter had a great time out waitress was nice she would go M.I.A from time to time but she got them to all the activities so it worked out. Hopefully my neices didn't drive the workers crazy run around grabbing everything. Thank you all for showing us a great time I will return for some bowling on our next trip"

"I honestly don’t know why this place has only a three star rating. I’ve had parties at Malibu jacks and the roller rink in Danville and the Main event has been by far the BEST. Our party hostess Mar was very attentive and helpful. They helped us set up, clean up and assisted anyway they could. It made it soooo much easier when usually the other places rushed us with minimal assistance. Even the manager came out to talk to us and let us know if we needed anything. The parents who attended said the party was really nice and appreciated the staff’s help as well. Thank you so much for making this the best birthday our daughter has had in the last few years ❤️"

"There's many layers to this place. The restaurant inside the building is amazing. It's pricey, but it is extremely tasty food. We were very impressed. The games were a lot of fun and I don't think they required too many credits to play. They have a rope climb that isn't too intimidating, laser tag, and lots of bowling lanes. You could spend most of the day here if you wanted to spend time playing everything, and eating a meal. There was little to no service inside. If you need help, just find someone with a uniform on. They have very clean bathrooms. There are stall bathrooms and private bathrooms with changing tables. It was a lot less crowded than Malibu Jack's or Gattitown. We will be back to this place."

Unfortunately, the staff seemed disinterested and indifferent. I encountered several employees who appeared to be more interested in their own conversations than assisting customers. It was quite disheartening to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. The food at Main Event Lexington was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and I must admit that the flavors were impressive. However, my enthusiasm for the cuisine was quickly dampened by the excessive wait time. It took an unreasonably long period for my order to arrive at the table, leaving me frustrated and hungry. The lack of promptness in service was a significant letdown. Although the cleanliness of the venue was commendable, it's disheartening that the same level of attention wasn't given to customer service. A pleasant environment is essential, but it's the staff's demeanor that truly shapes the overall experience. In conclusion, while Main Event Lexington had a clean and well-maintained facility and offered delicious food, the subpar customer service and lengthy wait times tarnished what could have been an enjoyable visit. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the staff's attitude and the efficiency of their service. Until then, I would be hesitant to recommend this venue to others."
