"Signed in online for a 10 AM appointment got there on time was called to the back two minutes later very swift efficient evaluation from both assisting nurse and provider. Very professional and clean environment."

"Would no recommend coming here I arrived at 6:30pm my appointment I made online was for 7 I asked how do I check in and the lady at the front told me it would be a minute well I guess the walk in before me she knew not only did they talk about things not concerning her appointment and take forever after she sat down she then proceeded to talk another 15 minutes across the room about when her and her husband retire what there going to do with dogs and that persons dog and what breed it was she then decided to check me in at almost 7 o’clock very unprofessional. So I sat in pain not saying anything because I didn’t want to be rude and the walking who came in after me and I heard the lady telling her it would be an hour went in before me I guess she was waiting and taking forever so the person she knew got called back before getting me checked in . I’ve never been to more of a worse place and they are in no hurry when you’re in pain ."

"Most times I check this place out the wait time is never less than two hours, figuring that most people in Jeffersontown must go here. Well, I finally had to make an appointment for my daughter and quickly realized that is not the case. Our appointment was for 5, we had to wait for over an hour when we were the ONLY people in cue. Front desk lady was trying to be helpful but back office staff seemed very discombobulated. Would not recommend ever going again. I’ll stick to her pediatrician or Little clinic."

"4 PM on a Sunday didn’t think I was gonna have much luck getting my daughter seen I called up there. They told me to come in service was great. Staff was friendly. My daughter was in and out the door in about 40 minutes probably recommend"

"When I arrived on a holiday weekend I was told it was a 3 hour wait.. I asked if I can sit in my car and listen to a podcast and they said yes they would alert me when it was my turn. Less than an hour later I was called in and within 20 minutes was diagnosed and discharged.. My provider was awesome and the whole experience was very positive."
