"Lots of teenagers boggling down machines during weekday evenings (I have ask them to move along to get to a machine) Bball gym used for non-bball activities during prime time on weekends when non-bball activities can be done in activities rooms (often see 7 or 8 bball users told to leave to make room for non-bball activities that have 3 or 4 people who participate) Constant garbage at entry (can't someone go out and sweep some) Couple of billing errors - Y does not track its billing as it is up to the member to bring proof of the error vs the Y having a system that functions more easily. Location is nice and non-director staff is friendly - lots of directors, certainly a top heavy organization that could use a restructure, especially given there is some sort of capital drive going? Lexington Ys (I lived there) are operated much better - should model this one after those. I think most folks have low expectations these days so if an organization is just ok, it is deemed fabulous. Overall, for the money and my expectations - 1 star. Good luck!"
