"I stayed at this facility after surgery. The nurses and staff were wonderful in taking care of my every need. The food was Reasturant style meals, i was amazed. Dr abang was very attentive to my medical condition and helped work to decrease my pain levels, also to improve my current medical handicaps. Would recommend it for any family or friend."

"For the most part the staff was very friendly and caring. That's pretty much where it ends for me. Where do I begin? I was a patient in the facility for 2 weeks almost a year ago following vascular surgery in both legs. Prior to entering the hospital for surgery, I had fallen on some carpet and suffered a pretty bad skinned knee. As time passed, the knee pain increased to the point that I was requesting pain meds for the knee and not the areas were healing from surgery. The wound nurse would put an ointment and a bandage on the knee every few days, but the swelling and pain were increasing. I kept telling them that something was going on with my knee, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. When I was released from the facility, the physical therapist came to my house for an eval. She took one look at my knee and immediately suggested that I go back to the ER. I returned to the ER and was diagnosed with cellulitis. I still have a scar on my leg that is very slowly fading. Also while a patient at the facility, a nurse came into the room early in the morning to give me some meds. I only had a small sip of warm water left over from the night before. When I asked for some fresh water to take my meds, she replied with "I would have to walk all the way to the nurse's station to get you some water!" Believe me, I would have rather been at home getting my own water! On another occasion, a random nurse that I had never met stopped into my room, sat in a chair, and proceeded to tell me her sob story about her drug addict son and her pit bull. Once she left, I never saw her again. She wasn't even my nurse. It was so bizarre. This doesn't even touch on the VERY SMALL rooms and TERRIBLE food. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"My husband was in the facility for 2 weeks. The only time he was out of his bed was for PT or Ot or meals. His goal to home was to be able to get up and go to the bathroom on his own. When I visited and he call and say he had to pee. He was asked where’s your urinal. I would speak up and say, Don’t you want to walk to the bathroom. He has dementia and would sometimes forget to use the call light. Knowing his going home goal, and his dementia. One would think they would have checked on him more frequently and as if he needed to go. They kept briefs on him and he came home with a diaper rash. I would not recommend this facility. To your face and most of time they were pleasant with me and him. But didn’t seem like a rehab facility would keep a person in bed and not try to have them walk to meals or rehab room etc. I might add he had come there from a 12 day hospital visit. Wheelchair or bed? What would you choose?"

"My grandmother was in this facility for 14 days. NEVER once given a shower unless I personally drove 1.5 hours to give her one myself. I ask repetitively they give her a shower and change her clothes as she had a stroke and couldn’t do it. The response from the nurses and techs were “we are so busy we don’t have time to do that”. Prisoners get better care than my grandmother did. Every visit there were always 4-5 nurses and techs sitting at the desk laughing and having a good time. Sent home this morning without any DME or home health set up. If you want your family member better DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!"

"So happy that my mother was at this location. She’s been there for a week and she probably has an additional week while she’s recovering from a broken hip. The staff is so compassionate and very human. Everyone goes out of their way to make the patients feel comfortable. Three times a day of physical therapy is really helping her to gain her strength and confidence. She celebrated her birthday in this facility and All the stuff made it a special day."
